Requires paid access and an available Credit balance.

A few things worth knowing.

Choosing your plan

Can I choose my currency?

USD and THB options are available. Your country doesn’t strictly lock your currency. Review the final amount and payment terms in checkout.

Do Credit packs start a subscription?

No. Packs are one-time purchases. They add Credits without automatic replenishment or paid-plan access.

What changes when I use May for a business?

Separate balances. Business Pro never uses a member’s Personal Credits. You can keep both subscriptions.

Private conversations. Only the creator can view their conversations and files. The Owner can see member usage, not their conversation content.

For your everyday conversations and owner-only Business Free profiles. Both use your personal Credit balance.

What happens when a Business subscription expires?

New AI tasks pause, with no automatic return to Business Free. Active members have 90 days to retrieve their own content, followed by a 7-day pending-deletion period. Permanent content cleanup starts from day 97 without renewal; the app shows the deadlines. Business settings and financial records follow separate retention rules.

Can I manage my subscription in the app?

Subscriptions and billing are managed on the Web. The first mobile release focuses on May’s AI capabilities.

Is May open to everyone?

May is in Public Beta. New registrations are limited and open in batches.

What happens to my information?

AlphaBlue stores service data under its retention rules. Selected content may be processed by third-party AI providers. Don’t share passwords, payment details, or sensitive secrets.

Credits and morning briefings

How do I know what a task will cost?

Credits pay for the AI work you use. Longer or more involved tasks may use more. Image generation, document reading, and other tasks that need confirmation show an estimate for you to review first.

Do learning steps use more Credits each time I click?

Generating an explanation uses the normal AI budget. Switching steps, showing the result, or copying an existing Web explanation runs locally and does not call the AI again. Asking a follow-up is a new AI request.

Who can use morning briefings?

Paid Personal and Business access supports up to three schedules per user across all spaces, including paused schedules. Business Free follows the Owner’s Personal plan.

Automatic daily delivery is coming soon. This is a preview of the workflow.

Can buying a Credit pack enable morning briefings?

A pack adds Credits but does not provide paid-plan access. A paid Personal plan or eligible Business access is required. Automatic daily delivery is coming soon.

How much can I spend on a briefing?

Choose a limit for each run and a monthly budget before you start. You can pause or remove a schedule anytime. Trials also use Credits; a limit is a cap, not a fixed price.

Monthly usage is counted across all schedules and trials in the same billing account, using the UTC calendar month. Both settled and reserved Credits count. A sourced report with no verified updates can still use Credits.

Why does a briefing need at least 100 available Credits?

100 Credits is a starting balance threshold, not the price of a briefing. Available Credits must also cover the run’s reservation and fit the authorized budgets and any Business member limit. Insufficient balance skips that run; the next scheduled run checks again, without automatically catching up after a top-up.

Will it be ready at exactly 08:00?

08:00 is the scheduled start, not a promised completion time. Open the private conversation in May to read the result. Email and push delivery are not included.
