Let’s make it
make sense.
Ask about the part that’s confusing. Work through it with May, one step at a time, and ask again when you need a different explanation.
Try this fraction example.
How do explanations work?
May can explain ideas in words and, for some questions, offer steps you can move through on the Web. Fraction diagrams currently cover addition and subtraction of two fractions; other questions may use text.
Start with the pieces
One half and one third describe different-sized pieces. Make them the same size before adding.
Give them a common denominator
Split both bars into sixths. One half becomes three sixths; one third becomes two sixths.
Now the pieces add up
Three sixths plus two sixths gives five sixths. Add the numerators and keep the common denominator.
½ + ⅓ = ⅚
Try the steps. See why ½ + ⅓ = ⅚.
Find what matters
in the fine print.
Bring a quote, a document, or a public link. Ask May to pull out the key points and questions worth asking before you decide.
Check important details against the original document.
How do I bring a document into a conversation?
Choose a supported document for May to use. New chat uploads are kept in Library so you can find them again. AI reading uses Credits, and you review the estimate before confirming; uploading alone doesn’t ask May to read the file.

Will it be ready at exactly 08:00?
08:00 is the scheduled start, not a promised completion time. Open the private conversation in May to read the result. Email and push delivery are not included.
Who can use morning briefings?
Paid Personal or Business access is required. Each user can have up to three schedules across all spaces; paused schedules count. Automatic daily delivery is coming soon.
Can I change my mind?
Edit the topic or language for future runs, or pause or delete the schedule. Removing a schedule keeps the reports already saved. Requests already sent may still incur costs.
